Jahan Koodak Building is in District 3 of Tehran Municipality. It has easy access to Haghani, Modarres, and Africa Highways. This building is located south of the Jahan Koodak intersection and overlooks the Abbas Abad hills. The land area is 1509 square meters. The building has 34 floors, reaching a height of about 153 meters above ground. Seven floors are dedicated to parking. The excavation goes down 27 meters, and the total administrative area is 33,403 square meters. The building was constructed using the latest world-class technology. It is currently in use and offers a range of facilities, like a restaurant, swimming pool, sports facilities, training rooms, ten elevators, and a BMS system.
